Faux Stone Fireplace by Pam Miller
This "Stone" fireplace is 
painted on the wall that 
surrounds the real fireplace.
It is done in acrylics. I think 
it took me aprox. 4 hours to do.
 First, I like to sponge & wash the background. I then add the 
lines between the stones, round off the points & thicken the grout in places. I then drybrush & scrub on darks and lights onto the stones to give them texture and dimension.  Painters:
